Safe and Trusted Caregiving

Our Adult Day Center, affectionately known as “The Club,” is a calm and compassionate daytime facility that provides professional caregiving and meaningful social interaction for older adults with various cognitive and physical challenges – such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, and dementia.

The only facility of its kind in the Fallbrook area, the Club is open to all – whether or not they live within our direct service area – and is a place of comfort, companionship, and purpose that offers members and their families a welcoming and reliable experience.

Engaging activities

At our Adult Day Center, our members enjoy a wide variety of engaging activities designed to stimulate the mind, strengthen the body, and lift the spirit. These include music and singing, dance, games, physical exercise, chair yoga, arts and crafts, storytelling, and other memory-enhancing and brain-healthy activities. Our thoughtfully structured program helps participants remain active, socially connected, and emotionally fulfilled while supporting their overall cognitive and physical well-being.

Additionally, we provide nourishing snacks twice daily, physical assistance transitioning from sitting to standing, toileting assistance and other health and wellness support.

Flexible Schedule

Participation is flexible to meet the needs of each individual and their family. Participants may attend as often as desired, choose the days that work best for them, and arrive or depart at any time during program hours. Monthly schedules are thoughtfully planned and shared in advance.

Compassionate and Professional Staff

Our professional and attentive staff take the time to truly know each member – their life stories, preferences, abilities, interests, and individual needs. This deep understanding allows us to create an authentic, personalized experience that honors each person as an individual and fosters genuine connection.

The Adult Day Center enables participants to continue living at home rather than paying for high-cost, in-home care or being institutionalized. The Club has proven to help reduce depression, feelings of isolation, and cognitive/physical decline, as measured through regular client / family surveys.

Much-Needed Respite

Equally important, The Club offers invaluable respite for family and informal caregivers – spouses, relatives, friends, and neighbors – giving them the time and peace-of-mind they need to rest, recharge, and tend to other responsibilities. Knowing their loved one is safe, engaged, and compassionately cared for allows caregivers to work, run errands, attend appointments, socialize, or simply enjoy personal time, helping them maintain balance and sustain quality caregiving over the long term.

Monthly Caregiver Support Group

We also offer a Caregiver Support Group. The Fallbrook Caregiver Support Group meets once a month and offers caregivers information, resources and strategies for successfully dealing with the job of caregiving, including home care tips, ideas on how to overcome challenging behaviors, special healthcare needs, safety practices, self-care and different ways to find respite. For more information download our Caregiver Support Group Flyer.

Parkinson's Scholarships

SD County Proclamation Award

We have built our programs with caregivers in mind, offering a mix of services that ease their load and surround both the caregiver and their loved one with meaningful support.
