We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that offers services and resources for seniors to live independently and age at home – from transportation, adult day care services and care advocacy to our senior computer learning center. Tax ID # 95-3389263
Our Adult Day Center is a calm and compassionate daytime facility that provides professional caregiving and meaningful social interaction for older adults with cognitive and physical challenges such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, and dementia.
Our friendly drivers provide door-to-door transportation services in a comfortable Care Van and can offer assistance in and out of the vehicle. In-town rides might include trips to medical appointments, pharmacies, dentists, grocery stores, hair salons, or a friend’s house.
The Door-through-Door program helps ensure that medical care plans and social support systems are in place so that clients can safely return home from a hospital stay and focus on their healing.
As a part of our commitment to serving the needs of seniors in our community, we offer classes and informational workshops focused on the interests of our seniors.
Our activities keep our seniors enganged and active. Enjoy a wide variety of activities including, Bridge, Mah Jong, Exercise Classes, Line Dancing, Chair Yoga, Pickleball, Pinochle, Ukulele, and Dominos. Also enjoy a good book from our library or enjoy coffee and cookies in our friendly lounge.
