• In-town rides (Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow, and De Luz) require a 48-hour advance notice
• Out-of-town rides (Within a 50-mile radius of Fallbrook) require a two-week advance notice
• $10 — Round-trip in-town rides within Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow, and De Luz
• $45 — Round-trip out-of-town rides within a 50-mile radius of Fallbrook, including North San Diego County and Southwest Riverside County (Out-of-town rides must originate within our service area and be for healthcare-related appointments only)
• $60 — Wheelchair transportation for healthcare-related appointments only
In 2025, our Transportation program provided over 5,500 rides to older adults in Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow, and De Luz. These rides were more than trips – they were lifelines, ensuring participants made it to critical medical appointments, got to the pharmacy, bought groceries, visited family, and remained connected to the community they love. For many, this program is the difference between isolation and independence.
Each ride is delivered with care, attention, and respect by our team of dedicated staff and volunteer drivers. Their commitment and heart for seniors allows riders to travel safely and confidently, knowing they are in capable hands.

We provide convenient, curb-to-curb transportation throughout Fallbrook in our comfortable Care Vans. Our friendly drivers are happy to assist riders in and out of the vehicle, and wheelchair-accessible transportation is also available (weight limits may apply).
For medical and health-related appointments only, we offer transportation within a 50-mile radius of Fallbrook. These rides must originate within our service area and are typically provided by one of our dedicated volunteer drivers using their own vehicle. Drivers provide curb-to-curb service for trips of up to three hours total, including travel time to and from the appointment.
Out-of-town appointment types may include:

Physician and surgical centers
Diagnostic imaging facilities
Rehabilitation and therapy centers
Veterans’ medical facilities
Services, activities, and connections at every stage of aging
