Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, relaxing way to stretch, strengthen, and improve balance, all from the comfort of a chair. This class focuses on easy movements, light breathing, and mindfulness to help reduce stress and increase flexibility. It’s perfect for all ability levels and a great way to feel refreshed, relaxed, and energized.
Meet at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane, except for the last Tuesday of each month, then you are meeting at the East Campus 399 Hearld Lane.
